It's Thursday! We are almost done with the week. Next week is SPRING BREAK! I will still be available to answer questions via email. I am going to set you guys up with some work to do over break - IF YOU WANT IT. - Let's talk for a minute, who wants work over the break?
If you didn't finish math this week, you need to make sure it is done today. Head over to Khan Academy and check your past due work, and current work too. I noticed that most of you are keeping up with math, and that's really great. I am hoping to add in a calendar aspect later.
For Science I am going to be scheduling individual sessions for our graphic organizers (if you've done yours on your own that wonderful!) So today I would like you to watch this documentary about dinosaurs.
Movement today: make an obstacle course in your home. Don't go crazy or anything, but like... be adventurous.

Life Skill: Did you practice your small talk?
Play Balderdash with some people today. You don't need a ton of people to play, but maybe Grandma and Grandpa would like to hear from you via zoom (or if they're around, maybe they'd like a game). You will need:
- 3 other people (at least)
- post its or slips of paper
- pencils
- the list from the link above - if you click on the words it gives the definition, so maybe use a tablet to access the list.
Decide who is going to be the 'dasher' first. The dasher picks a word and reads it aloud, spelling it if needed. Then the dasher writes down on a slip of paper what the word means. The other players write down what THEY think the word means on their own slip of paper.
The dasher then collects the papers and reads them in a random order. The players guess which definition they think is the real one. Then someone else gets to be the 'dasher'.
Points:
1 point for guessing the definition for both the dasher and the guesser
1 point for having someone guess your definition
3 points if you write down the correct definition (you know it or somehow randomly guess it)
First one to 20 points wins.
